You can contact us with any questions and submit a rental application. All 7 bedrooms are available, with rent varying per bedroom size/location. Students staying the duration of their studies will be given preference to extend their leases for the next rental period. Group leases only, with guarantors.

To help prevent fraud:
We prefer to meet each applicant in person before we accept any deposit or sign a lease. We may do zoom meetings. We will only use Facebook messenger from our ad and mybrockhome@gqirentals.com specific email to communicate with you. If you see any other email source, it's not us. All IDs must be presented to be verified upon lease signing. Do not send any deposit until you meet us and/or see the house. We will not ask for any funds until then and we have gone through the application process.
