• We believe that communication is key to a successful and pleasant relationship.  Therefore, we make ourselves available for direct contact via phone or email.

• We manage the property ourselves because we care and do not want to have someone else handle this very important link to our clients.

• We have added extra things in the home to ensure the safety of our clients, including extra carbon monoxide detectors, cameras, a group chat to keep a direct link to you.

 

Safety considerations met within the home

• Security cameras are front door, garage.   This is available for you to personally see via the TV in the common area anytime.

• Fire extinguishers  on each level.  Additional in-room fire extinguishers in each of the lower level rooms.

• Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors/alarm, electric with battery back up in each room.  We also added extra carbon monoxide detectors than the standard required.

• Extra large windows in the lower rooms, for that natural light! You won't feel like you're in a dark, depressing basement.  We provide in-room step ladders in the lower level rooms.

• Well lit neighbourhood- streetlights at the side and in front of the house location.

• The entire house is bright with lots of natural light, important for your wellness and mood. You can even grow plants!

• First-Aid kit provided

• Lock boxes which store each room key separately just in case you lose or forget your keys.

  Fully furnished with conveniences 

• Bedrooms, each bedroom has a double sized bed with mattress cover, chair and desk.  Master bedroom has a Queen sized bed, executive desk and chair, as well as recliner chair and two storage/book shelves.

• Real wood dining table & large comfortable, sturdy chairs

• Window coverings for all rooms and common areas are provided

• Sofa, TV and recliner chair, and club chairs in the common area.

• 4 full bathrooms, equipped with toilet extra roll holder, shower curtain, bath mats, drain covers etc.

 

Clean spacious, well maintained home

• Newly built home.  Minimal maintenance and less chances of issues like flooded basements and mold (which we dont want either!).

• Share a bathroom with only 1 person (upper and lower levels). Main floor room has separate bathroom. 

• There is a storage room upstairs if you need additional space and linen closet.

• Additional storage space on the lower level.

We strive to support Brock University and the local businesses.  Any incentives we offer our student renters are usually something they can use at Brock (i.e. Brock Book Store or Online Campus Store) or Food Card etc.   We hire local and have even hired students to move the furniture into our house.
